Title 1 Schools A ** next to a school name indicates a school wide Title 1 School which requires that all NEW instructional assistants have a minimum of 48 semester hours of college, an AA Degree or have passed a NM approved test prior to employment to meet the new Federal requirements as specified in the "No Child Left Behind" legislation.
