Federal Law and State Regulations grant parents the right to know:
The teaching credentials, education and experience of each child's teacher
The credentials of administrators and paraprofessionals working with your children
After four consecutive weeks of a substitute in your child's classroom
Forms requesting the qualifications of your children's teachers, paraprofessionals and administrators may be picked up and completed in the office of the children's school. The building principal will send these requests to the Personnel Office of the District to be completed and sent to your mailing address.
If your child has a substitute teacher for four consecutive weeks, a letter will be sent to your home indicating this and who is substituting in the teacher's absence. This will be completed without individual requests for information.
