All community groups, and other out-of-district profit or non-profit groups, will be assessed a fee to use the theater facility according to the following fees schedule. These fees will be used for upkeep, maintenance, and the "Basic User Package". (See the Theater Manager for the fee schedule when extra usage fees apply.) A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) FOR ALL NON-DISTRICT USERS. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WHEN ALL TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN SATISFACTORILY MET BY THE USER.
