Farmington Municipal Schools has contracted with Peachjar to handle the distribution of flyers to our families. The system sends school-approved digital flyers directly to parent inbox and posts them to the school website. FMS will discontinue distributing paper flyers from community organizations (backpack mail).  Instead, community organizations wishing to send information to families will be required to create an account with Peachjar and upload flyers through that account. How does it work?

• Step 1: Create a Peachjar account by visiting https://www.peachjar.com/program-providers.html

• Step 2: Create your flyer. Peachjar has a library of e-flyer templates, in both English and Spanish, you can access right from your account. You can add call-to-action buttons such as “Call” or “Sign Up Now” for parents to interact with your flyer.

• Step 3: Submit your flyer.

After your flyer has been submitted, it will be routed automatically for approval, then emailed as a full-color image to all parents who have their email address on file.

Additional Information Required by FMS:

• Organizations upload their IRS non-profit status letter to the account for consideration for distribution.

• Organizations select the school(s) for whom they would like the flyer distributed to and the length of time they would like the flyer to remain active on the website(s).

• The review process typically takes 7-10 working days, excluding holidays and district-observed breaks. Submit flyers well in advance for optimal promotion.

• Organizations will be notified of approval or denial, or if additional information is required.

Additionally, please carefully review the district's flyer guidelines to expedite the flyer approval process and to make sure your flyer is in compliance with district-specific requirements.
