Computer and Technology Support and Repair

In-person tech support is offered on Mondays from Noon - 4 p.m. at FMS Central Office (3401 E. 30th Street in Farmington) or by individual appointment with district technology staff members. Campus based tech support at the secondary level will not be affected by this change. 

In all cases when staff or students require tech support, you must follow the standard procedures for requesting assistance:

  • Create a support ticket in our Technology Helpdesk, Students or parents can sign-in using the student’s normal computer login information. This is the preferred method of requesting support.

  • Call the Technology Office at 505-599-8820 and leave a message. Please include your name,  the student’s name and school, and a callback number or e-mail address.

If your computer problem is so severe that it cannot be solved remotely, we will set up an appointment for you to bring the laptop in for service during in-person tech support hours. You will get more detailed instructions on computer drop-off at the point when the problem requires it.
