All FMS Board of Education meetings are being held in-person and via Zoom.
Work Sessions begin at 3:45 p.m. Regular Board Meetings begin at 5:15 p.m.

The Farmington Board of Education meets in the Central Office Board Room (3401 E. 30th Street in Farmington). If you have questions or have special needs, please contact Colton McClanahan at (505) 324-9840 ext. 1502. Individuals wishing to address the Board of Education are asked to complete a Request to Speak to the Board form (located on the back counter in the Board Room) prior to the meeting and give to the Board President. Individuals will be called upon to speak during the Limited Public Forum section of the meeting. Individuals with a question or concern and do not want to speak at the meeting are asked to complete a yellow card (located on the back counter in the Board Room) and give to the Board President. Yellow cards will not be addressed at the meeting.
Speaking in front of the School Board or Blue Card Process
Guests will be called upon under the Limited Public Forum section of the meeting.
In-person guests wishing to address the Board are asked to complete a 'Blue Card' form found on the sign-in table. Completed forms should be placed in the basket at sign-in table.
Virtual guests - Comments must be received before the public forum section. During the School Board meeting, enter in the Q&A (not the chat box) the following information: the words “Blue Card,” your full name, and the topic you want to discuss.
If appropriate, people who wish to speak to the School Board are allowed three minutes to communicate with the School Board.
