INCLEMENT WEATHER GUIDANCE FOR CURBSIDE & MEAL DROP OFFS

If we experience inclement winter weather that causes hazardous driving conditions all meal drops will operate on a 2-hour delay, which means routes will begin at 10am.  After the 2-hour delay, if it is determined that road conditions are still too dangerous there will be no meal drop-offs and all curbside sites will close; there will be no meal service on that day.

MEAL APPLICATIONS

We encourage all families to apply for Free/Reduced Meals online at this link.  A new meal application must be submitted every school year.

SPECIAL DIET MEAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Students that are enrolled and are attending in-person school need to contact the Health Office at their school site to start the process for a special diet request.

Based on the sheer volume and emergency status of the meals we are serving on meal drop off routes and at curbside sites; it is impossible to ensure that all required safety protocols could be properly enforced to ensure a special diet meal wouldn't come into contact with a known allergen. The risk of cross contamination is too great and any error made could cause great harm up to even death to a child.
