Weather delays and closures

To maximize instruction time and opportunities for learning, Farmington Municipal Schools has made several changes to inclement weather procedures for the 2020/2021 school year.  In the event school buildings are closed due to snow or other inclement weather, classes will be held virtually for all students. Additionally, there will be no 2-hour delays during the 2020/2021 school year. If buses cannot run at their normal times, classes will be held virtually for all students for the entire day, beginning at their regularly scheduled time. Every day of learning makes a large impact on a student’s education, especially this year. Families should consider these school days, attendance will be taken and classwork will be assigned and due by teachers as normal.
